Before, I had a real sweet/junk-food craving. I got out the ice-cream, put a heap of it into a bowl. But then I measured it up, and calculated the calories and thought to myself, “How am I going to feel after I eat this?”. I then put the ice-cream back into the tub and walked off.
This may not seem like a big deal, but for me it is.
So, for breakfast I want something that’s going to fill me up until recess or lunch. So I might have a sachet of porridge. Then for recess I could have some strawberries. And for lunch I might have a sandwich or something with some carrot sticks. I’m not creating a definite eating plan for today, so to not put much pressure on myself. But if I do stick to this, I will be happy. Dinner is still undecided.
